Condo Lease Finder Application Screening Criteria

Income eligibility: In order to become eligible for approval you must earn 3 times the rent per month.

Two pieces of identification are required: We require a photo ID (a driver’s license or photo identification card issued by the government, state or federal) and a second form of identification. Your second form of identification may be a social security card, birth certificate, or a non-resident alien card, etc.

Credit file will be reviewed: Credit accounts should have satisfactory ratings and all utility accounts must be current with no balance owing. If credit has been slow but all other qualifications for residency have been met, an additional security deposit equal to one month’s rent may be required.

Criminal background: Criminal background will be reviewed for all adult members of the household.
 
A complete application: All lines must be filled in and questions answered for the application to be processed. Application must be signed by all parties over the age of 18 years.

A verifiable rental history: It is your responsibility to provide necessary information that allows us to contact your past landlords. You must have a history of paying your rent on time, have given proper notice, have no dispossessory warrant(s) filed and must not owe any money to your landlord. If we are unable to verify your previous landlords and/or references, we reserve the right to deny your application.

Pets:  Pets are permitted at select buildings.
