Should you have an ACTUAL EMERGENCY, please dial the Condo Lease Finder Emergency telephone number: 305.903.0160. This number is to be called ONLY in the event that one of the following emergencies occurs:

FLOOD
FIRE – Dial 911 first
EMERGENCY LOCK OUT – this will be serviced at a cost of $150 and must be paid at the time of service.
